The program envisages dropping 80 carnations into the Neretva, laying flowers and honoring all those who gave their lives for freedom.

The commemoration of the 80th anniversary will be attended by the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željko Komšić, who will lay a wreath at the Memorial, and attend the cultural and artistic program in Jablanica. Wreaths and flowers will also be laid by numerous delegations of anti-fascists from BiH and the region, representatives of political parties, as well as other associations that inherit the anti-fascist tradition in these areas.

“By coming to Jablanica, we confirm our perseverance on the path of anti-fascism, that we have not forgotten the Neretva fighters, the wounded. On the contrary, today we are more determined than ever before that anti-fascism has no alternative and that anti-fascism is a universal civilizational asset that, 80 years ago as well as today, gathered anti-fascists from of the region and the world. Ready to continue promoting the ideas of freedom, humanity, solidarity, and anti-fascism tomorrow,” SABNOR BiH said.
