This Company was almost shut down, and now they increase Salaries

Cable factory boughtThe company Vitezit experienced a rebirth and a drastic increase in their production last year, and now they are in the condition to increase their salaries by 20 %.

This company concluded the year of 2016 with revenues in the amount of 5.5 million BAM, which is three times more than in 2015 when this company recorded revenue in the amount of 1.7 million BAM.

Their plan is to achieve revenues in the amount of 8,000,000 BAM in 2017, with which Vitezit would be able to operate positively after many years.

The plan for the year of 2017 is based on putting additional facilities into function, employment, increase of the production, and expansion of the exporting network.

“We were aiming to increase salaries, I was hoping for that, but I did not believe that we will succeed in our intentions. I am proud to say that we increased salaries by 20 % to all workers in the sector of the production from May this year. After we managed to start paying contributions for our employees since the beginning of 2017, I am proud to confirm that we managed to increase salaries for our employees in the production as well,” stated Miroslav Puljic, director of this company, which is engaged in the production of explosive.

He said that the company, despite being on the long road of recovery, is trying to make their employees satisfied and to be socially responsible at the same time. Vitezit, as he noted, lives from production and in this way, they wanted to show how much they appreciate everything that workers in the production gave for the company.
