Currently, preparations for the organization of the concert are under the way, and the Organizing Committee for marking the Day of the Municipality has already established date and venue. Namely, the concert will take place on Thursday, May 4th  at 19:00 o’clock, in front of the Cathedral.

It will be a tribute to all the citizens, but also to many visitors of the city, and will bring together the most popular artists of Sarajevo, and beyond.

Meetings with the biggest stars of the local music scene were already held and most of them accepted the invitation to participate and gladly responded to sing to their fellow citizens.

The performance at the concert “Legends of the Old City,” are confirmed by the following singers: Halid Beslic, Hari Mata Hari, Enes Begovic, Nihad Alibegović, Ibro Bublin, Arif Alajbegovic and others, and all have pointed out that this concert will be a tribute to their citizens and will perform free of charge. The program will be lead by the actor Enis Beslagic.

“Those who will not be able to be together with us that night, mostly had already scheduled performances and private responsibilities and expressed their regret because they will be absent from this spectacle. They include Hanka Paldum, Koke, Semsa Suljakovic – our friends who will be out of Bosnia and Herzegovina and we are sorry for that, “said the Chairman of the Municipal Council of Stari Grad and co-chair of the Organizing Committee Jusuf Pusina.

“By this concert, we will send a message from the heart of the city that the Old Town has always been a place where people lived in peace, coexistence, beauty and song.” Added Pusina.
