The High Court in Podgorica has confirmed the indictment against the leader of the Kavac Clan, Radoje Zvicer, former police officer Ljubo Milovic, former mayor of Budva Milo Bozovic, and other members of a criminal group accused of smuggling 4.3 tons of cocaine.

The indictment includes 21 individuals charged with various crimes, including forming a criminal organization, money laundering, unauthorized production, possession, and trafficking of drugs, as well as illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials, according to the High Court in Podgorica.

In addition to Milovic, the Special State Prosecutor’s Office has charged several of his colleagues, including Mile Ojdanic, Ivan Stamatovic, Nebojsa Bugarin, Petar Lazovic, Marko Novakovic, Milan Popovic, Milos Misurovic, Vladimir Bajceta, Goran Stojanovic, Dejan Knezevic, and Darko Knezevic.

The criminal acts listed in the indictment were allegedly committed between 2019 and February 2021 in Montenegro, as well as in certain European and South American countries.
