Constitutive session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament to be continued on January 22

house of peopesConstitutive session of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, where mandates were awarded and new management of the House elected, was interrupted last night, and it will resume on Thursday, January 22.

Newly elected delegates of the House of Peoples of the Parliament of FBiH voted last night on the election of delegates from the Federation to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

Safet Softić, Halid Genjac, Sead Kadić, all three from SDA, and Fahrudin Radončić from SBB and Sifet Podžić from Democratic Front were elected as Bosniak delegates.

Bariša Čolak, Ljilja Zovko, Zdenka Džambas and Mario Karamatić, all from HDZ BiH, and Martin Raguž from HDZ 1990 were elected as Croat delegates.

Five Serb delegates were elected earlier to the state House of Peoples by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.

Lidija Bradara (HDZBiH) was elected Chair of this House, a Croat, and Jasenko Tufekčić (SDA) was elected Deputy Chair, a Bosniak.
