Ministry for Veterans’ Affairs of Canton Sarajevo (CS) has contracted the supply, transport and delivery of construction materials for 136 members of the veteran population of Sarajevo Canton with the company “Senigor” Inc. from Sarajevo.
“These are the war veterans who have previously fulfilled all the conditions based on public invitation for the awarding of this type of the assistance in 2015, as well as the requirements prescribed by the Law on Additional Rights of Veterans of the Sarajevo Canton. For the realization of their rights, the Ministry for Veterans’ Affairs has allocated 595,737.80 BAM with calculated values of VAT “, said the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs of CS, Muharem Fišo.
He emphasized that the right on this type of assistance was achieved by those who have not used it before, and that it was one of the criteria for the award of construction materials this year.
According to the Contract, the delivery of construction materials to home addresses of veterans should start in five days, while the deadline for the delivery of all donations is by the end of this year.
“Users are guaranteed that they will get quality material in the contracted quantities,” said the Director of “Senigor” Inc., Senad Islam.
According to his words, it is a diversity of construction materials for the reconstruction of housing units, such as roof structure, sanitary, carpentry, flooring and electrical and water-materials, as announced by the Press Service of the Sarajevo Canton.
