Construction of the largest Shopping Center in Banja Luka starts

banjaukaIn the city center of Banja Luka started setting up of a terrain where shopping center will be constructed on the current parking lot of the driving school.

Object will be connected with the pedestrian area, and at least 500 workers should be employed.

With an investment of 60 million BAM, the city will get the first biggest shopping center with different categories for customers, which will meet the needs of the citizens.

Behind this project are two local investors, Ideal company and Tropik, and completion of the works is planned for the end of 2018.

City Mall will have about 55,000 m2 of gross constructed area, with 20,000 m2 of retail space on 4 levels.

The most famous international and local fashion brands, restaurants, conference room, cinema, supermarket and various entertainment facilities will be located on 3 floors in the City Mall. Underground parking will be placed on 3 levels, with 600 parking places.

The citizens of Banja Luka are satisfied that they will have everything in one place and with this kind of mall, Banja Luka will get closer to cities in Europe and the region.

City of Banja Luka will get the largest shopping center with different content and categories of tenants that should satisfy the needs of the citizens. They hope to attract foreign investors with this project.
