sicki_petljaThe construction work on two new strips of loop from Šićki Brod to Siporeks is expected to continue soon, announced Filip Vujeva, Director of the company Ceste Federacije (Roads of Federation).

He noted that all the property and legal problems that hindered the project have been solved. If all goes according to plan, the end of the construction is expected at the end of the year.

Vujeva recalled that the roads will have a modern four lane highway that would contribute to greater road safety. He said that near Siporesk there will not be a classic T intersection, but rather a circular loop, which would be an additional technical and security advancement that would ensure flow without traffic lights or waiting. The construction works on the 3.700 meter long section are worth aroudn 10 million BAM.
