Minister of Industry, Energy and Mining of the RS Petar Djokic and representatives of companies “Tajm medija” Visegrad and “Goldvoter SRL” from Italy signed the Protocol on cooperation in the realization of a bio-refinery construction project in Banja Luka. The refinery will be intended for the production of cellulosic ethanol.
Djokic also noted that the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining will provide its full support to the process of implementation of this project and he expressed his satisfaction with the fact the RS was recognized as a desirable and stable investment destination, as announced by the Office of Public Relations of the Government of the RS.
“We are committed to continue the policy that offers different incentive measures to our investors. We will support the implementation of this project, which is aimed at stimulating investments in the field of energy and the development of economic subjects in the RS,” stated Djokic.
He emphasized that this project is also very important from the view of using energy, because its realization will secure replacement of a part of fossil fuels with fuels from renewable sources.
Representatives of companies “Tajm medija” from Visegrad and “Goldvoter SRL” from Italy expressed their mutual satisfaction with the signed Protocol on Cooperation, noting that they expect successful cooperation in the future period.
