Cormack Arrived to B&H: “I have been Waiting a long Time for this Moment”

MaureenCormackThe new ambassador of the USA in B&H, Maureen Cormack arrived today in Sarajevo.

“I am very honoured to finally arrive to Bosnia and Herzegovina. I have been waiting a long time for this moment.” – said the new ambassador at the Sarajevo airport.

In her short statement for the media, she pointed out that she talked to many representatives of the EU and NATO yesterday in Brussels in order to be as ready as possible to start working on her mission concerning the support to the Euro-Atlantic future of B&H.

She thanked Nicolas Hill who led the US. Embassy in B&H for the past 18 months and added that she is going to continue following the policy which was promoted by the embassy so far.

Cormack also pointed out that she is going to try to meet as many BH citizens as possible during her mandate.
