Fena Agency reports from the Office for Public Relations of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina that all decisions connected with the election complaints will be made within the statutory deadline from the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The report from the Court states that ”upon the completion of the case files, the statutory deadline, within which the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina carries out the decision, is three days.” The report also reminded how the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not answer to complaints, but the Central Election Commission, which delivers the answer to the complaint with all the case files to the Appellate Division of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Court, makes the decisions.

Let us remind ourselves that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina still is to make a decision according to the complaints directed towards the election of the municipality chief of Srebrenica and Bosansko Grahovo. The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed yesterday, that this institution has sent to the Court the case file for the Municipality of Srebrenica, on the 8thof November, and for the Municipality of Bosansko Grahovo the day after.
