Crisis Staff considers Possible Closure of Ski Resorts

The Crisis Staff of the Ministry of Health of the Sarajevo Canton for monitoring and analysis of the situation caused by the new Coronavirus, in its new convocation of membership, held a constituent session yesterday. They considered the epidemiological situation, and accordingly the possibility of closing the ski resorts.

“The situation at the ski resorts and acting according to the organizers’ regulations on acting in COVID-19 as an obligation and responsibility of the ski resort organizers was considered in the direction of tightening compliance with epidemiological measures and closing ski resorts based on the surrounding countries, improving testing, were the main topics of the session of the Crisis Staff “, it was announced after the session.

Also, according to experts in this body, immunization of the population of Sarajevo Canton is a priority and vaccination has no alternative.

It was concluded at the session that the Crisis Staff will continue its activities in order to improve the health of the population and the work of the health system in Canton Sarajevo, Radio Sarajevo writes.
