The Government of Sarajevo Canton provided 5.5 million BAM in this year’s Budget for subsidizing the purchase of apartments for young people.

The funds were secured through internal redistribution in the Budget, which was confirmed this morning at the session of the Sarajevo Canton Government.

“In the coming period, all young people can expect the announcement of a Public Call for subsidizing the solution to their housing issue with criteria for granting subsidies,” announced Almir Bečarević, Minister of Communal Economy, Infrastructure, Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of Sarajevo Canton.

Young people will be informed about the announcement of the Public Call in a timely manner, it was announced from the Protocol and Press Service of Canton Sarajevo.
