The Kalesija Municipal Court accepted the proposal of the acting prosecutor and ordered a one-month detention for Adin Alajbegović (22), residing in Kalesija, due to the existence of reasonable suspicion that he committed two criminal offenses of endangering security.

Alajbegović is suspected of having made a serious threat by telephone on October 22 to the officer on duty at the Kalesija Police Station that he would blow up the station and a school in Kalesija, as a result of which police officers from the TK Ministry of Internal Affairs evacuated the police station and six schools in the Kalesija area and carried out counter-sabotage checks, during which no explosive or flammable substances were found. He is also suspected of having made serious threats to police officers at the Klaesija Police Station.

Investigators of the Ministry of Interior of the Canton of Tuzla, in cooperation with the Intelligence and Security Agency, identified the suspect, after which he was deprived of his liberty, a criminal investigation was carried out, and he was handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office with a report on the committed criminal offense.

The acting prosecutor issued an order to conduct an investigation and questioned Alajbegović.

The investigation is ongoing.
