Cvijanovic had a Meeting with the new EUFOR Commander in BiH

Zeljka Cvijanovic, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), spoke yesterday with the new EUFOR Commander in BiH, Major General Laszlo Sticz, the Presidency of BiH announced.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the current political and security situation in BiH.

Cvijanovic expressed support for the “Althea” mission, as well as full commitment to cooperation aimed at preserving peace and stability in BiH.

She informed the new EUFOR Commander that all current challenges are exclusively of a political nature and that the security situation in BiH is not jeopardized.

She welcomed the interlocutor and wished him a successful term, emphasizing the importance of EUFOR’s impartial approach.
