Robert De Niro doznajemo, comThe famous American actor Robert De Niro ended his visit to BiH and this year’s Sarajevo Film Festival.

De Niro received the Honorary Heart of Sarajevo Award for Lifetime Achievement at the 22nd edition of the SFF.

“I’ll keep the Heart of Sarajevo and I will gladly remember Sarajevo because there are not many cities in the world that were brave and showed heart when it was needed in the most difficult times,” said the actor.

There was huge interest for part of a program called Coffee with … which was attended by the actor, who, like most celebrities, was not willing to spend much time talking about his private life.

However, one detail is particularly interesting to his fans in the region. His adopted daughter Drena De Niro was named after our Drina River. More details were never published, and it is assumed that for this is responsible Andric’s masterpiece ”The Bridge on the Drina”. This information was given in his biography published on IMBD (the Internet Movie Database).

To recall, De Niro, the biggest star of this year’s Sarajevo Film Festival, arrived in the capital city of BiH on Friday, and left the country one day after.
