The humanity of our citizens has been shown countless times in difficult situations.

Bosnians and Herzegovinians in Austria are aware that people in the Una-Sana Canton need help due to the floods that hit the Krajina, and our associations have launched aid actions in various ways.

“The people of Krajina are not alone”

“We all want to help in our own way. I am in contact with our associations, but also with successful individuals who unanimously tell the people of Krajina that they are not alone. The humanitarian association “4 Life” launched the campaign “We are with Krajina, be you too” and in just 24 hours it collected more than 47,000 euros. They organized a fund-raising campaign to provide drinking water and food to the population of Krajina, which was affected by floods.

Also, boxes for voluntary contributions will be set up in the Ferhatović deli store in the 15th Vienna Bezirk from Friday, May 19, where the collected funds will be handed over to the flooded area of USC – says Hurem Avdić, who is an honorary member of our numerous BH associations in Austria.
