Dodik and Cvijanovic on the Speech in New York: Personal Opinion and nothing New

President of the Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik and Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)Zeljka Cvijanovic responded to the speech given by BiH Presidency Chairman Denis Becirovic before the United Nations (UN) Security Council.

Dodik accused Becirovic of presenting a personal opinion at the UN Security Council.

“His disgraceful attacks on Serbia reflect helplessness, envy, and malice. Only someone as unhappy and venomous as Beciroviccould speak ill of someone for half an hour at the UN. The level of hatred toward Serbs and Serbia displayed by Becirovic has never before been seen under the roof of the World Organization,” Dodik emphasized.

Cvijanovic said that Becirovic’s address at the UN Security Council was nothing new.

“No one wants to listen to these senseless babblings about how BiH is threatened by the actions of Serbia or RS anymore,” Cvijanovic stated.

In New York, Becirovic warned that Serbia’s leadership is aggressively interfering in the internal affairs of BiH and some other countries in the region, with Serbia’s goal being a gradual ‘Anschluss’ of RS into Serbia.
