Dodik: BiH FM cannot present his own policy and that of his party as BiH Policy

The President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that Aleksandar Vučić, the President of Serbia, a signatory country of the Dayton Agreement, was always on the side of the truth and advocated for the respect of the territorial integrity of BiH, and that it is sad that one Elmedin Konaković gives himself the right to comment on him and his statements.

Dodik stated for Srna that everything Konaković said he said in his own name and in the name of his minor political party, and that is not the policy of Bosnia and Herzegovina that he should represent.

“Vučić did not say anything wrong in his address, except that he asked for an answer to a simple question: ‘Which articles of the Dayton Agreement are violated by Milorad Dodik and Republika Srpska?’ Did this, perhaps, provoke Konaković so much that he argued with President Vučić, because he himself knows that Republika Srpska and I personally stand for respect for Dayton, and not for some foreigners to impose laws and norms of behavior on us. If that is what Konaković wants and if he agrees to that, good luck to him. Obviously, we are not on the same path,” Dodik pointed out.

When asked by Srna to comment on Konaković’s reaction to the statement of the President of Serbia regarding the events in BiH and the imposition of laws by Christian Schmidt, the President of the RS pointed out that Konaković is the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers, that he is not there to represent his small political party and to by attacking President Vučić, he scores cheap political points with his electorate and foreigners, nor does he subserviently represent the views of Schmidt and Murphy who impose laws, threaten and sanction officials of the Republika Srpska who refuse to fulfill their wishes and turn BiH into a wild colony.

He emphasized that Konaković, whose mouth is full of sovereign and democratic BiH, now as a real political dilettante and the worst student from the donkey bench, is taking on the role of spokesperson for Western embassies that are openly working to destroy the same BiH that he allegedly stands for, and are causing conflicts in BiH and undermine every agreement of domestic politicians.

Dodik emphasized that, unlike Konaković, he is in favor of dialogue and respect for Dayton, because only such BiH has a future, which Konaković knows very well if he wants the good of BiH.

“Also, Elmedin cannot lecture me or anyone from Republika Srpska, much less, as he says, point out our alleged secessionist activities and the isolation of the RS, when we know what the goal of all Bosniak parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina is, even him, and that is to make the Republika Srpska unsustainable with the help of foreigners in order to reach a unitary, Muslim BiH as easily as possible,” said Dodik and told Konaković not to feign concern for the Republika Srpska and the Serbian people, because we all know what he means, and he is faking it, it’s not going very well either.

Dodik emphasized that he will never welcome a unitary BiH and that, together with his people, he is ready to fight to the end for the Republika Srpska, its institutions and jurisdiction.

“Konaković can defend Michael Murphy and Christian Schmidt until tomorrow, but Republika Srpska will survive and will be stronger and better, and let him not worry about our, as he says, isolation,” said Dodik.

He emphasized that Konaković is actually most hurt by the announced all-Serbian parliament, which will be held on May 5 and 6, and at which Serbia’s role in relation to the Dayton Agreement will be clearly positioned, to reject its violation and support the territorial integrity of BiH.

“That’s what bothers Konaković, that’s why I have to inform him that the organization of the All-Serbian Parliament is going its way, as best as it can, and I’m sorry that he’s upset because of that, but of course that doesn’t allow him to lecture anyone.” said Dodik.
