The indictment against Acting of the director of the Official Herald of the Republik Srpska, Miloš Lukić, is shameful and represents political violence, said the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, at a press conference in Banja Luka.
The filing of an indictment for non-implementation of the decisions of the High Representative for the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is a shameful move by the BiH Prosecutor’s Office. In his address to the public, Milorad Dodik said, among other things, that he would respond to the invitation of the Prosecutor’s Office.
“Behind everything is actually a force behind the American ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Dodik.
He pointed out that there is no law according to which they can file an indictment, reports RTRS.
“You could see that only the US embassy and the non-existent OHR office spoke up. I had no dilemma between what to do, I did my job as president, I signed the decree and I will continue to do so. I am more confident in everything I am doing now “, said Dodik.
He emphasized that he will initiate a lawsuit against the prosecutor for abuse of official position.
“The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have a constitutional basis and the Constitution did not authorize BiH to deal with these issues. I expect the Court to listen more than the Prosecutor’s Office, which was forced to do this. It is a shame that we have prosecutors like this, in fact lowly poltroons. It has been determined three prosecutors to work on this case, two of which canceled. That law does not exist, Christian Schmidt is not a high representative, and therefore his office does not exist,” Dodik explained.
He said that he is ready for any kind of legitimate fight.
“I was not elected here, so that I could easily pass this political term. I have never been accused or convicted of anything. Disobeying the decisions of Schmidt – that is the reason? Even if he is a legal high representative, he cannot work like this. We show that We want to talk with partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina for ten years, but we are not succeeding,” said Dodik.
He said that Republika Srpska continues with its political and legal struggle. He called on citizens to gather around the institutions.
He pointed out that he will continue the talks on August 22.
“I consider it a serious opportunity to get the right systemic solutions for the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office,” said Dodik.
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and Miloš Lukić, acting director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, due to the decree on non-implementation of the decisions of the high representative in the territory of the Republic of Srpska, was confirmed earlier for BHRT.
