SNSD president Milorad Dodik and party vice-president Zeljka Cvijanovic said yesterday in Banja Luka that at today’s meeting with partners, at the level of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)“will propose an integral dealing with the issue of 14 priorities, which includes the reform of the Constitutional Court of BiH in order to finally resolve the issue of the departure of foreign judges”.
As for the reactions from the Federation of BiH (FBiH), the threat of some kind of 7-day deadline, which is senseless, stupid and crazy, if anyone thinks that we will be frightened or remain silent because of their rude reaction, they are mistaken,” said Dodik.
Dodik announced that a meeting will be held today in Konjic with HDZ BiH president Dragan Covic and the leaders of the “Coalition of Three” Nermin Niksic (SDP), Elmedin Konakovic(NiP) and Edin Forto (Nasa stranka – Our Party).
“If we want to solve priorities, let’s sit down and solve everything. If we don’t agree on something, then we didn’t agree on anything. If one issue is not agreed upon, then nothing is agreed upon,” said Dodik.
He said that the Republika Srpska (RS) “enacted a responsible law related to the protection of its rights and stopped the practice of trying to establish an anti-constitutional system in BiH through speculation.”
Commenting on Christian Schmidt’s statement that this law is illegal, Dodik said that “Schmidt is the only person who is illegal here.”
To recall, the meeting that will be held today in Konjic was planned earlier, that is, before the disputed decisions of the National Assembly of RS (NARS), and on that occasion, the leaders were supposed to discuss speeding up the work of the government and the adoption of laws important for BiH’s European path.
However, after Dodik started a new campaign of destruction, and the parties of the Coalition of Three reacted strongly, the international community expressed their fear that all European laws would be put on hold and that nothing would come of the meeting, Raport writes.
