Dodik promised Subsidies for Farmers by 75 fenings per Liter of Oil?

dodik04-600x400The President of the RS Milorad Dodik said that the RS will grant subsidies for farmers by 75 fenings per liter, if amendments to the Law on Excises, which will cause an increase in oil prices, are adopted.

Dodik stated in Banja Luka that in this case there will be no burden for farmers, as the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Sarovic claimed before.

He recalled that the Council of Ministers signed the Letter of Intent with the IMF, which envisaged the adoption of amendments to the Law on Excise.

He said that the RS is subsidizing petroleum products for the purposes of the agricultural production with 50 fenings per liter at this moment.

He also stated that SNSD “has no intention of patching the failed story that was drilled by unrealistic promises that were made at the state level and people who had a primary need to sit and make some kind of revenge to the RS”.
