Humanitarian organizations Dirhem is trying to help people in need for a longer period. As part of this effort were started a long-term projects of helping to poor families in rural areas, inhabited by returnees.
The project involves the purchase of livestock (cows, sheep, goats, etc.), and donating them to families in need, as well as monitoring of the implementation of the mentioned donation for a period of 4 years.
This project is realized throughout the year of 2016 (purchase and donation livestock), and as a special stage is planned that by the month of Ramadan, more precisely by the 10th day of Ramadan, we collect 70 goats or sheep and handed them to poor returnee families in places Skender Vakuf, Livno and surrounding villages.
Long-term effects of this project are very positive. Our volunteers will visit and offer participation in the project to the livestock breeders from these and neighboring municipalities, and at the moment we have secured 10 adult goats,” as stated from Dirhem.
