One young woman was killed and two were seriously injured in a traffic accident that happened in the center of Sarajevo. One person was arrested.
The traffic accident happened last night around 11:30 PM in Marijin Dvor, when a car hit three pedestrians, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton confirmed to Srna news agency.
The injured girls were transported to the Sarajevo Clinical Center, where they were kept for further treatment.
After the investigation, the driver of the “Mercedes” car was arrested on suspicion of serious crimes against safety and traffic. His criminal investigation by the police is ongoing.
