The U.S. TV show Dynasty is considered one of the most prominent shows in the world and in the 1980s it enchanted the entire planet, including Yugoslavia. There is no home where every detail from the life of the wealthy oil family Carrington was not carefully watched, and this is how the actors of this legendary TV show look like today.
American media recently published news that the Dynasty is coming back on screen and that a new version of this cult TV show will be filmed. Until that happens, here is a reminder of the favorite characters from the eighties.
Linda Evans – Krystle Carrington
Linda is now 73 years old and after the Dynasty she continued her acting career on TV, before retiring in 1987 and moving to the countryside.
Heather Locklear – Sammy Jo Dean Carrington
After this TV show, the now 55-year-old Heather gained more fame in shows Melrose Place and Spin City. She got married twice; first time with the drummer Tommy Lee, and the second time with the guitarist Richie Sambora with whom she has a daughter Ava.
Al Corley – Steven Daniel Carrington
Corley (60) left the Dynasty because he had issues with the sexual life of his character. He was gay and straight at the same time. Corley later became a pop star in France and Switzerland.

This English actress is now 56 years old and at the peak of her popularity she rejected posing for Playboy twice. In June 2014, she participated in one gymnastics show and she also deals with charity work and helping ill children.

John Forsythe – Blake Carrington
John died of pneumonia six years ago, at the age of 92. After the Dynasty, he borrowed his voice to Charlie in the film “Charlie’s Angels”.
Gordon Thomson – Adam Carrington
After the Dynasty, Thomson played several minor roles in movies and now, at the age of 71, he is leading a peaceful life outside of the spotlight.
Catherine Oxenberg – Amanda Carrington
Catherine is now 55 years old and she acted in many films of B production with her now ex-husband Casper Van Dien. The couple divorced last year.
