Captain of national football team of B&H, Edin Džeko, is making preparation with the AS Roma for a derby in Serie A against Juventus, which is scheduled for Sunday, at 6 p.m.
“It is interesting that I played against almost every great European club during my career, but I have never played against Juventus,” said Džeko for the Italian media.
He emphasized that Juventus is a great rival of Roma and that the fact that they won 4 straight Scudettos speaks enough about their quality.
“I finally get to face them. I hope that I will play well. I do respect Juventus, but we have to give our very best,” said Džeko.
The Italian media were interested if Džeko can play in the same team with Totti, since they are playing on similar positions in the team?
“Of course I can. He is a legend and a fantastic player and everyone can play with him. However, the final decision is up to the coach Rudi Garcia,” concluded Džeko.
