Easter Greetings from the Members of the Presidency

Congratulations on Easter were sent by the member of the Presidency of BiH Željka Cvijanović and the members of the Presidency Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović.

Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željko Komšić sent a congratulatory message to the Metropolitan of Dabrobosna, Mr. Hrizostom, and to the Orthodox in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world on the occasion of Easter, the Presidency of BiH announced.

“Your Eminence, I send you and the Orthodox in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the world my sincere wishes, filled with hope, faith and joy brought by the great Christian holiday of Easter. These festive days remind us how important it is to approach each other with more understanding, patience and openness and to recognize in differences an opportunity for rapprochement, not separation,” said Komšić.

He wished the Orthodox that this holiday would bring peace, inner strength and joy to their homes.

Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željka Cvijanović sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the greatest Christian holiday of Easter to His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch Porfirije, the bishops, the clergy, the monastic community and all Orthodox believers, the Presidency of BiH announced.

“On the occasion of the greatest Christian holiday of Easter, I send you my sincere and heartfelt congratulations with the wish that you spend these holy days in spiritual peace, forgiveness and harmony, surrounded by your loved ones. May the holiday of holidays, which brings hope and salvation, bring peace to your hearts, strengthen your faith and remind us of the importance of togetherness, attention and care for each other, the joy of family gatherings and the well-being of all people of good will,” said Cvijanović.

In the spirit of Christ’s resurrection, let us support each other, preserve family values ​​and spread love, understanding and kindness, she also said, along with the traditional greeting: “Christ is risen!”.
