Eminem took the stage at the NFL Draft in Detroit and used it to announce his upcoming 12th studio album, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace),” due out this summer.
A 30-second trailer for the album aired before Eminem appeared at the draft.
The spot is positioned as an “Unsolved Mysteries”-style crime show, titled “Detroit Murder Files,” and features the host discussing the “blonde anti-hero” and how his “rude lyrics and controversial antics” led to the rapper’s death.
“The Death of Slim Shady” is Eminem’s first album since 2020’s “Music to Be Murdered By,” MiamiHerald reports.
