energoinvestAn agreement signed nearly 29 million Euros between Energoinvest d.d. Sarajevo and Elektroprenos Albania (OST) was signed this weekend in Prizren, Kosovo.

This is an agreement that is related to the construction of a transmission between the line Tirana-Morina, voltage of 400 kV.

With the delegation of signatories, led by Director of Energoinvest Enes Čengić and Director of OST Albania Engjëll Zeqo, the signing ceremony was attended by Fadil Ismajli, Minister of Economic Development of Kosovo, Damjan Gjiknuri, Minister of Energy and Industry Albania, Naim Bejtullahu, Director of Elektroprenos Kosovo, and representatives of the German Development Bank (KfW), which is financing this project.

Construction will greatly strengthen the electricity network of Albania, Kosovo and the entire region. The deadline for finishing this job is 24 months.
