BH representative, Ervin Zukanović, from this summer will be playing for Inter Milan, reports the Italian sports newspaper La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
All the details have already been agreed, and the operation should take place in two steps. Chievo will redeem Zukanović’s contract from Ghent, and after that resell it to Inter, said the same source.
“Perhaps he is not too well known player, but he is physically very strong, polyvalent team player. Inter is close to bringing this player”, reported Italian newspaper.
The Head of Inter’s scouts, Massimiliano Mirabelli, was in Andorra and watched BH national team player in the match between local selection and Bosnia and Herzegovina within the qualification for Euro 2016.
Later on, Mirabelli monitored Zukanović in the match between Cesena and Chievo and was assured once again in quality of this 28-year-old national team player of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
