EU remains the most important Foreign Policy Priority of BiH

The HDZ BiH President Dragan Čović held a working meeting with Oliver Varhelyi, Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood of the European Union, on Tuesday in Sarajevo in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, ahead of the signing of the document entitled: “Guidelines, principles and goals in executive and legislative authorities for the period 2022-2026”.

The topics of the meeting included the candidate status of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the fulfilment of key reforms and the establishment of government after the General Elections held in October 2022, stated the HDZ in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The two officials also commented on the signing of the document: “Guidelines, principles and goals in the executive and legislative authorities for the period 2022-2026”.

Čović expressed special gratitude to Commissioner Varhelyi for his commitment to work for European Bosnia and Herzegovina, highlighting the commissioner as a proven and committed friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He also pointed out that the European BiH has no alternative and that the European Union remains the most important foreign policy priority now and in the future, it is stated in a press release.
