Extradition of the Multiple Murderer from Spain has been postponed again

After earlier information appeared that Siniša Petrić aka Zenica, the infamous associate of Luka Bojović and multiple murderer is arriving in Bosnia and Herzegovina today, the extradition has been postponed again and it is not yet known when it will be implemented.

As confirmed for ATV in the judicial authorities, Petrić, who is serving a 15-year prison sentence in Spain, was to be transferred to the prison in Foča on January 17. However, extradition was delayed because he was allegedly involved in an incident in a Spanish prison.

February 2nd was stated as the new extradition date, but the competent institutions have not yet received any official notification from Interpol or the Spanish authorities, so it is unknown when Petrić will be extradited to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Let us remind you that the District Court in Banja Luka previously accepted Petrić’s request that he serve the remainder of his 15-year prison sentence in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This refers to the two sentences he was sentenced to in Spain and Serbia.

The Banja Luka court accepted the judgment from Spain on February 11, 2020, and on February 1, 2023, the judgment of the District Court in Subotica would also be accepted.

Petrić was sentenced by the National Court of Spain to five years for organized crime and 10 years in prison for possessing a wartime arsenal of weapons and firearms. Luka Bojović and Vladimir Milisavljević from “Zemun” were sentenced together with him.

Petrić was sentenced to life imprisonment in Subotica in 1995, but in 1997 the Supreme Court of Serbia changed that sentence to 15 years in prison. He was then convicted for serious cases of robbery committed as part of a criminal group.

It was about a notorious group of killers led by Marinko Magda. According to the media in Serbia, the group massacred 14 people in Vojvodina and Hungary, Klix.ba writes.
