The family of the hero from Brezovaca Cedomir Domuz and a young but talented collector Armin Fazlic yesterday organized a gallery of memories of the 1992-1995 period in a mountain home in Brezovaca.
This was an opportunity for 300 former soldiers and respecters of the character and work of Cedomir Domuz to reminisce on how it was during the war.
A large number of young people demonstrated interest for this gallery.
“We’re proud that young people, like our Armin, recognize the significance of all BiH heroes and don’t allow them to fade from memory. We’re especially proud since Armin wasn’t even born during the war, but already has a large collection of memories of the war,” Sanja Sadikovic, the president of the Association “Grom u njedrima Igmana” said.
“With this gallery and program at Breznovaca, we’ve begun a project of protecting what happened between 1992 and 1995 from forgetfulness. The association for the protection of the character and work of Cedomir Domuza “Grom u njedrima Igmana” in the following months will organize eight such programs, as well as a memorial march of freedom, which will depart from three locations – tunnel DB, from Trnovo and from Kahrimani. We know what Igman meant to the residents of Sarajevo from 1992 to 1995,” Maid Delilovic, an associate for media of the Association said.
