The municipality of Novo Sarajevo will organize the 10th traditional family day at the Wilson’s Promenade. Family Day will be held on Friday, the 28th of August this year, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This year’s jubilee 10th big family gathering is organized in cooperation with BH Telecom and it is aimed to offer entertainment, education and recreation for the citizens as well as to introduce them with organizations and associations that are operating within the municipality of Novo Sarajevo.
As in the previous 9 years, the municipality of Novo Sarajevo prepared a variety of interesting contents and rich entertainment program for all generations. Among other things, quiz for citizens will be organized as well, starting at 6.30 p.m. at Open Scene.
Games without borders will take place in front of the “Scene,” the “train of joy” will be running around the Wilson’s Promenade and a variety of workshops and sports competitions will be held for all generations of citizens. Prize competition will be organized by the Center for Healthy Ageing Novo Sarajevo, with the aim of promoting healthy lifestyle, and draw of prizes for participants will take place at the “Open Scene” at 7 p.m. Representatives of the Basketball Federation of B&H and our golden cadets will join the fun as well, and they will play against the youngest visitors of Family Day.
Citizens will have the opportunity to introduce themselves with the activities of the Municipality, as well as to talk with the Mayor and his associates with coffee and refreshments on the stand of the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo.
Within the Family Day of the Municipality of Novo Sarajevo, BH Telecom will organize concert of Amel Ćurić at the Open Stage, on Saturday, the 29th of August, at 8 p.m.
