Acting according to the orders of the Prosecutor’s Office of B&H, police officers of SIPA arrested politician Fahrudin Radoncic.
The suspect is under the investigation and he is suspected for the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice (Article 241).
Radoncic was arrested in operative action “Lutka 2 (Doll 2)” in Hadzici.
Along with the arrest, raids at several locations were carried out by the order of the Court of B&H, according to the Prosecution B&H.
Activities are realized by orders of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of B&H. Arrested person was detained at the police station of SIPA for the process of criminal investigation.
