FB&H Government in Permanent Session: We Are Ready for Dialogue

vlada fbihFB&H Minister of Finance, at today’s session of the FB&H government, which is in permanent session, informed members of the government that today the money for the users of the fund of disabled veterans for January 2014 are paid.

Such a dialogue for the reform implementation within the existing constitutional and legal system began yesterday with representatives of veterans’ association. FB&H government considered a number of steps that it should undertake immediately, by being deeply aware that a significant number of citizens in the FB&H live in difficult social and economic conditions and the need to provide equitable access to public resources. One of them is the list of privatized firms.

The government showed readiness to discuss the list of steps with representatives of unions and then to invite the Prosecution to start with the proceedings.

The government is preparing legislation, whose implementation would reduce public spending and has provided means for social and employment support fund, in order to create as soon as possible conditions for the realization of two other key demands and those are health and working insurance.
