budimirThe Constitutional Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina postponed a public hearing convened for today in a case in which the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nermin Nikšić seeks resolution of dispute with President Živko Budimir due to Budimir’s decision to dismiss members of the Coordination Audit Team, and concerning the process of controlling the legality of the use rights from the Veterans and Disability Insurance.

The FBiH Constitutional Court accepted the reasons presented by Budimir’s counsel, lawyer Vlado Adamović, who requested the postponement of the public hearing due to the absence of the President of the Federation of BiH, who is on an official trip to Rome.

This is the second postponement of the public hearing in this case. The first one occurred on July 2, when the hearing was postponed because of illness of lawyer Nedim Ademović.
