There are two new transfers within these programs. They are biomedically assisted reproductive technologies and the prevention of the spread and early detection of HIV.

The Government of FBiH has adopted a program of expenditure of funds with distribution criteria for the Institute of Health Insurance and Reinsurance of the Federation of BiH, determined by the Budget of the Federation of BiH for 2023, in the amount of 33.5 million BAM.

These funds are allocated to two programs financed by the funds of the FBiH solidarity fund, namely for securing the right to health services in the amount of 13.5 million BAM, and for securing the right to medicines and medical devices in the amount of 20 million BAM. That is five million BAM more than last year.
