At the proposal of the FBiH Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina established today in the form of a proposal and submitted to the parliamentary procedure the Bill on electricity in the FBiH, and the Bill on energy and the regulation of energy activities in the FBiH.
These two bills, together with the Bill on the use of renewable energy sources and efficient cogeneration, which was established at the last session and sent to the parliamentary procedure, form a set of energy laws necessary for improving the legal framework in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Also, these bills will facilitate the harmonization with European Union regulations in the field of energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
