After the FBiH House of People with 38 votes for and 16 against decided to censure FBiH Government, Prime Minister of FBiH Nermin Nikšić said that FBiH government will continue to fulfil its international obligations and will keep its fiscal system.

Also, FBiH Government will keep servicing those budge users who are should not suffer because the FBiH government was censured.

Nikšić noted that the difference between government in technical mandate and the new government which should be formed in order to represent the will of the ruling majority must be made.

Nikšić added that it is completely logical that FBiH House of Representatives limited the power of the government in technical mandate because that government has been censured.

Nikšić notes that FBiH House of Peoples on yesterday’s session made several conclusions because of the motion of protection of vital national interest, and because FBIH House of Representatives took upon itself certain powers.

Nikšić emphasized that only FBIH HoR can confirm the appointment of the new government
