Federal Government allocates One Million BAM for Mostar Airport

The Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications proposed, and the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina today at its session adopted the program of spending the current transfer of the FBiH Budget for 2022 for the improvement of air traffic of the Federation of BiH – Public Enterprise Aerodrom Mostar d.o.o. which approved 1,000,000 BAM to Mostar Airport.

The line federal ministry is in charge of continuous supervision of the expenditure of funds, and to sign an agreement with the Mostar Airport which will regulate the manner of transfer of funds, implementation of the public procurement procedure and reporting on the spent funds.

The airport is obliged to report quarterly on the use of funds to the Federal Ministry, and after spending, and no later than February 28, 2023, to compile total reports on spent transfer funds and submit them to the Ministry together with decisions of supervisory boards on their adoption.
