This year’s Fico festival brought together 87 owners of popular “Fico car” who came from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland, Austria, Italy.

The participants welcomed Sarajevans in the morning and in the afternoon, they will head to the Vilson’s promenade at the monument to the murdered children of Sarajevo where they will lay flowers.

Fadil Cerimagic, organizer of Fico fest, said that this year there are four women’s crews from Montenegro, Croatia and BiH.

“We will give prizes for the youngest, oldest, most beautiful, the ugliest Fico car, and the award for the farthest destination. This year, one Fico arrived from Switzerland,” Cerimagic said, pointing out that the event is becoming more and more popular every year with more participants.

During the show, participants will also celebrate Fico’s 64thbirthday, News Agency Patria reports.
