International Fair of Real Estate and Investment Banja Luka 2017 “BLIRE” will take place from November 24 to 26, as part of the Banja Luka Fair, and its main aim is to attract foreign investments.

“We have more than 50 participants at the Fair. We invited municipalities and cities, but also investment-business subjects, architectural bureaus, and agencies that are engaged in the field of interior and exterior,” noted organizer of the Fair, Predrag Tesic.

The goal of this fair is to attract foreign investments and to organize a series of relevant lectures related to this field.

“All citizens will be able to come and get introduced to the content and the events at the fair,” said Tesic.

Dragana Ristic, Assistant Minister of Trade and Tourism of the RS and a member of the Organizing Committee, stated that after energy, the field of tourism is the most attractive sector of the economy for investments in the RS.
