This fair gathered more than 50 exhibitors from BiH and regional countries with the aim to present and connect some of the best of the best within specialized activities in gastronomy world.

Director of the fair, Hanis Plosko, said that the past few months of fair organization were quite energetic, but when they see all the people from almost 20 different branches gathered at one place, all that effort seems worth it. He said that the idea for the festival itself came about five years ago, while the preparations for its realization lasted for around eight months.

Margin Gaber, deputy director of Representation of the German Economy in BiH – AHK BiH and general director of DEinternational Ltd., said that he would like to thank organizers for giving them the opportunity to show good relations and cooperation of Germany and BiH in this way as well.

He recalled that AHK is great supporter of fair organization in Nuremberg, Munich and Cologne. He said that it is evident that these fairs can be and are great initiators of market changes, with the message that this fair will be part of those good and positive changes.

During the three days of fair, in the period from March 15 to 17, 2018, visitors will be able to attend interesting sessions from the field of gastronomy. Different workshops will be organized as well as cooking shows, fashion shows and various tastings. Organizers made sure to present the best tastes of native, local and traditional specialities, delicacies of Balkan region, as well as novelties from the world of exotic cuisine and gastro standards.
