Five Types of Pies from BiH Rank Among Top 50 on TasteAtlas

“Pita” (pie) is one of the favorite dishes of Bosnian and Herzegovinian (BiH) citizens, but also tourists who gladly try it.

Taste Atlas published a new list of the Top 50 best “savory pastries,” and on it, up to the 26th place, there are as many as 5 pies from BiH.

Burek is in the high 2nd place, sirnica in 9th place, zeljanica in 18th place, krompirusa in 22nd place, and buredzici in 26th place.

In first place are Pazarske mantije.
