vlasic 2Foreign investors who are interested in investing in the project of Eco Zone Koricani Vlasic sent a letter to the relevant authorities of BiH, as confirmed by the general manager of the project and director of the company Tomix Knezevo and TLG Travnik Zoran Vujinovic. The total value of the project is estimated at 4.2 billion EUR.

“The letter was delivered to the relevant authorities and we are expecting further instructions from them,” said Vujinovic, and stated that it is still too early to reveal names of investors.

Vujinovic noted that now follows the meeting with the relevant state authorities, where investors will find out if they have the support of the state and whether they will proceed with an investment of the project or wait for some other time.

It is planned that within the complex, which is located in the municipalities of Travnik and Knezevo are placed education, health, sports and tourist centers as well as hotel and business centers, golf terrains and luxury villas.

Otherwise, Vujinovic did not explain which kind of support is expected from the state and whether it includes some kind of financial assistance.

This complex, as announced, should include a lake, small hydropower plant, road communication, accommodation facilities and much, much more, including the airport!
