Students’ Parliament at the University of Sarajevo is organizing the second students’ job fair which will gather students from all universities and academies in Sarajevo. It will be held on Friday, 25th April on the Alija Izetbegović square, starting at 10:00.
The aim of the Fair is to gather students and employers in one place and in that way to give a chance for employment and additional education to young people. Students will be able to search through the offers of seasonal and full time jobs and voluntary engagements and practices. Moreover, the seminars on the subject of volunteering, simulation of the interview on the subject “How to behave at a job interview?” and “How to write a CV?” will also be held.
The president of the Students’ parliament on the University of Sarajevo, Ahmed Nurković, said that he is very proud because SPUS will organize the fair for the second time. “Last year we realized that there is a huge interest among youth for these kind of job fairs. This is the reason why we give students a chance to meet with employers and with the market. Moreover, the fair is a unique opportunity for companies to make presentations to people and to encourage them in their advancement and education.”
Around 100 companies will present their activities and availabilities of jobs. Moreover, non-governmental organizations as well as other organizations will also have presentations, and participants will get manuals about youth employment.
