In the last 24 hours, out of 1.431 tested samples for coronavirus, 281 were positive, as was announced yesterday. This is a significant decrease in the number of newly infected compared to the previous period when there used to be more than 800 newly infected people every day in our capital.

However, the number of deaths is still extremely high. Since Thursday, 24 people infected with the corona have died in Canton Sarajevo (CS), as was announced yesterday. There are currently 673 patients receiving treatment at the General Hospital and the Sarajevo University Clinical Center (KCUS), 186 at the General Hospital, and 487 at the KCUS.

There are a total of 17 people on the respirator, while 41 patients require oxygen support.

In the last 24 hours, 44 patients were released from hospitals.

The average number of infected in the last seven days in Sarajevo is 416, while the incidence per 100.000 inhabitants in the week behind us is 692. To recall this incidence was above 1.000 two weeks ago, Klix.ba writes.
