In the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH), there will be no increase in gas prices in the next three months, although there has been an increase in the purchase price of gas.

This decision was made after the authorized gas supplier received prices for the second quarter of this year, which were increased compared to the previous period, the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry announced.

Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry Vedran Lakicsaid that the Government of the FBiH and the relevant ministry also want to protect citizens in this way.

“We cannot influence global events or the growth of prices on the world market, but we do our best to ensure a regular, stable and safe supply of natural gas for the citizens of the FBiH. We constantly monitor energy prices and, as far as our possibilities allow, we take on part of the burden in order to spare citizens the consequences of global changes,” said Minister Lakic.
