The Government of the Federation of BiH, on the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Justice, passed resolutions appointing Rusmir Isak to the position of director of the closed penitentiary in Zenica for a period of four years, and Edita as the deputy director of the semi-open penitentiary in Mostar for a period of four years.
At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, prior consent was given to the Assembly of the Igman Company d.d. Konjic for the appointment of Bernadin Alagić and Mustafa Fazlić as acting members of the Supervisory Board of this company on behalf of the state capital, until the end of the competition procedure, and up to three months at the latest. Previously, consent was given to the Assembly of this company for the dismissal of the current members of the Supervisory Board on behalf of the state capital, due to the loss of shareholder confidence.
The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina gave prior approval to the Assembly of the BNT Tvornica mašina d.d. Novi Travnik for the appointment of Džana Smailbegović and Milena Brkić as acting members of the Supervisory Board of this company on behalf of the state capital, until the end of the competition procedure, and up to three months at the latest. Before that, consent was given to the Assembly of this company for the dismissal of the current members of the Supervisory Board on behalf of the state capital, due to the loss of shareholder confidence.
By amending the Decision on the appointment of the Council of the Federal Directorate of Commodity Reserves, the Government appointed Mirna Sadiković to this body as a member on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Trade.
The decision established the Working Group for Drafting the Draft Law on Federal Commodity Reserves, consisting of President Tončo Bavrka (Federal Directorate of Commodity Reserves), and members Elvis Bebaković (Federal Ministry of Finance), Pejo Janjić (Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry), Stipo Buljan (Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry), Zoran Šantić (Federal Ministry of Health), Mirna Sadiković (Federal Ministry of Trade), and the representative of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs. The task of this working group is to prepare and submit to the Government of FBiH the Draft Law on Federal Commodity Reserves within 90 days, the Public Relations Office of the Government of FBiH announced.
